Certainly needs better upkeep!!! Exposed wires in hallways, unappealing paint jobs, and dirty windows reflect a lack of attention!!! Maintenance should address these things immediately!!!

The check-in process was chaotic and poorly organized. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved room had a broken pipe, leaving us without suitable options. The mini-fridge in our room was improperly placed, making it impossible to open and use effectively.

this place was an absolutelet disaster. the breakfast was barely there, with nothing fresh in sight. the staff? non-existent until I desperately called for help. I almost thought I’d give a good review, but I expected some compensation for the mess—just a nice gesture, you know? so disappointing.

The pool area was a perfect retreat, where my kids enjoyed a refreshing swim all to themselves.

Our first room had a poorly functioning showerhead that wasn't appealing, and the carpet emitted a stale odor.

While my room was nice, there were some maintenance issues, like the shower head that had seen better days. Overall, it felt like the hotel had touches that could be improved.
